Who we are

The controller of the personal data described here is Innova HealthBay, based in Brazil. For anything related to your personal data, write to privacy@innovahealthbay.com. This is our channel for data subjects and for the national data protection authority (ANPD).

What we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. We only collect what you choose to send through the access request form:

• your name;
• your work email;
• your organization and role;
• anything you write in the optional comment field.

Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and request time, to deliver and protect the site.

Why we collect it

We use your request only to reply to you, understand your organization's needs and discuss access to Innova. The legal basis is your request itself and the steps before a possible contract (LGPD, Article 7, V), together with our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 7, IX). We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Who processes it

Two service providers process your request on our behalf, under our instructions:

• Web3Forms, the form service that receives your submission and forwards it to our inbox;
• our email provider, where the request is kept as an email message.

International transfer

Web3Forms runs on servers in the United States, so your request is transferred outside Brazil when you send it. Our email provider may also store data outside Brazil. These transfers happen to carry out the request you made (LGPD, Article 33), with providers that apply security measures to the data they handle.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as our conversation continues and for up to 12 months after the last exchange, unless a contract or the law requires longer. Web3Forms may keep a copy for up to 30 days, and its server logs are deleted periodically.

Your rights

Under Article 18 of the LGPD you can ask us, at any time and free of charge, to:

• confirm whether we process your data and give you access to it;
• correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymize, block or delete data that is unnecessary or processed unlawfully;
• delete data processed with your consent;
• tell you which entities we shared your data with;
• move your data to another provider, where applicable.

You can also file a complaint with the ANPD. We answer requests within 15 days.
